Satisfying desires or suppressing them does not provide mental peace. Mental peace is achieved only when we confine them, that is, keep them under control. Though it is very difficult to keep the desires under control, those people will be very happy, who will not be slaves to their desires. Desires are infinite. The more they are expanded, the more they become out of control. So whatever resources we have, we should be satisfied with them. Never compare ourself to others. Neither should looking at others and copying. By doing this our desires are awakened and uncontrolled and dominate our brain. Which is not beneficial for us from any point of view.
