Rutina de Gluteos y Abdomen 💪💪🔥 || Buttocks and Abdomen Routine 💪💪🔥

hola amigos de @fulldeportes un gusto estar nuevamente por acá!! Ya casi terminamos la semana de entrenamiento y me siento super activa y motivada, a pesar de estar en los dias indeseados he seguido al 100%, cada dia mas fuerte, mas agil y de mejor humor, y esto último es la parte favorita de mi esposo jajaja pero bueno, me encanta esta versión que estoy construyendo, espero que ustedes tambien vayan cada vez mas cerca de lo que se prometieron en año nuevo 💪

Hoy les dejo una rutina super poderosa para gluteos y abdomen, por supuesto los brazos se veran bastante involucrados tambien, pero el enfoque mayor en el gluteos y abdomen asi que a mantener la conexion mente musculo y a darle con todo🔥🔥💥 son 4 rondas descansando 2 minutos entre cada una, espero se animen y la hagan😋
