    Hola hola Amigos💜 Feliz mitad de semana, hoy quiero mostrarles en este pequeño video mi entrenamiento del dia, un Emom poderoso, que realicé durante 10 minutos seguidos!!

    El Emom "Every minute on the minute" consiste en realizar uno o mas ejercicios en el menor tiempo posible, usando el resto del minuto para descansar. Pueden hacerlo solo de 1 ejercicio, o de varios como es mi caso, yo opté por hacer 5 burpees, 5 sentadillas y 5 sancadas!! Logré hacer 10 minutos seguidos, donde por supuesto a medida que pasaba el tiempo el descanso era menor debido al agotamiento que me hacia terminar los movimientos en un tiempo mayor, este tipo de rutinas para esos dias en los que el tiempo no nos acompaña, es EXCELENTE!!

    Recuerden por supuesto siempre calentar antes, en mi caso realicé 3 minutos de el siguiente movimiento👇👇

    Una vez ya mis pulsaciones estaban aceleradas procedí a iniciar con mi rutina!! Bien hidratada y con la mejor actitud!! Y les puedo jurar que quedé MU ER TA 😂🤣 asi que si tienen poco tiempo y ganas de dejarlo todo en el entrenamiento, este emom es el hombre 😂🤣 espero que se animen a hacerlo y ahi luego me cuentan!!

    Hello hello Friends💜 Happy midweek, today I want to show you in this little video my workout of the day, a powerful Emom, which I performed for 10 minutes straight!!!

    The Emom "Every minute on the minute" consists of performing one or more exercises in the shortest time possible, using the rest of the minute to rest. You can do just 1 exercise, or several as in my case, I chose to do 5 burpees, 5 squats and 5 lunges!!! I managed to do 10 minutes in a row, where of course as time passed the rest was less due to exhaustion that made me finish the movements in a longer time, this type of routines for those days when the weather is not with us, is EXCELLENT!!!

    Remember of course to always warm up before, in my case I did 3 minutes of the following movement👇👇👇

    Once my heart rate was already accelerated I proceeded to start with my routine!!! Well hydrated and with the best attitude!!! And I can swear to you that I looked MU ER TA 😂🤣 so if you are short on time and feel like leaving it all in training, this emom is the man 😂🤣 I hope you are encouraged to do it and there then tell me about it!!!!
