Rutina de Cardio🔥 || Cardio🔥🔥 Routine

Hola hola amigos de @fulldeportes Feliz martes!! Espero que hayan tenido un dia maravilloso!! Por aca todo marchando bien, ya todos casi al 100% solo queda un poco de tos, que tambien me atacó a mi por cierto, sin embargo aqui seguimos, mas activa que nunca🔥🔥

Hoy les traigo una rutina de Cardio, que a simple vista no está dificil, el grado de complejidad vendrá en las repeticiones de las rondas, porque la idea es hacer las rondas que puedas pero SIN DESCANSO entre cada una, esto por supuesto hará que el agotamiento fisico sea mayor, asi que la respiracion es fundamental para no marearnos, pueden hacer de 3 a 5 rondas!! Pero recuerden que deben ser sin descanso, asi que a rezar 3 padres nuestros, 2 ave Maria y a darle con todo😂😂
