¡Hola personas y atletas de la comunidad de Hive! En este post les mostraré na rutina de explosividad para las piernas, basada en pliometria y ejercicios de potencia, es una rutina hecha con ejercicios que me han ayudado a aumentar bastante mi salto vertical.

Les quiero mostrar esta rutina ya que, considero muy importante el entrenamiento de las piernas tanto para las personas que entrenamos streetworkout y para las personas que entrenan cualquier otro deporte, es una rutina basada en pliometria y ejercicios de potencia, al entrenarla aparte de mejorar nuestro salto vertical, el cual nos ayudará tanto como a correr mas fuerte, tener más agilidad y claramente saltar mas fuerte, ayuda a fortalecer los tobillos los cuales son muy importantes ya que son los que nos recepcionan al caer, tanto en saltos como a atletas de streetworkout al caer mal un truco o hacer una salina, y el entrenamiento de piernas nos ayuda a generar más testosterona y hormona de crecimiento, sin más aqui la rutina:

Esta rutina es buena para hacer el último día de la semana de entrenamiento o después del entrenamiento de estilo libre, aparte de los beneficios mencionados anteriormente también ayuda a la hipertrofia..
