    ¡Hola personas y atletas de la comunidad de Hive! Hoy les quiero compartir un video sobre la rutina que estoy haciendo actualmente en mis días de pierna, rutina basada en explosividad y fuerza, y haciendo ejercicios solo con peso corporal.
    Hello people and athletes of the Hive community! Today I want to share with you a video about the routine I'm currently doing on my leg days, routine based on explosiveness and strength, and doing exercises only with body weight.

    En comparación a la rutina que compartí la ultima vez, esta tiene solo 2 ejercicios de pliometria, y eleva un poco más el nivel de control corporal, luego de haber investigado bastante acerca de buenos ejercicios y como mejorar la explosividad y el salto, he hecho esta rutina, aún no es perfecta pero la siento bastante efectiva!
    Compared to the routine I shared last time, this one has only 2 plyometrics exercises, and raises the level of body control a bit more, after doing a lot of research about good exercises and how to improve explosiveness and jumping, I have done this routine, it's still not perfect but I feel it's quite effective!

    Hacer un buen calentamiento general antes de empezar la rutina, para prevenir lesiones o contracciones musculares.
