Greetings #Hive and #SWC would be nice to share with you what was a circuit of push-ups performed in the parking lot in training being this the mañanitas the town maracay, aragua state, you are mostly a small challenge for the community as it is a circuit of push-ups passed in what mostly is resistance because as we know there are different variations of push-ups that can help strengthen everything that comes being the upper body with muscles that use the push so to speak as they are shoulders, triceps and biceps in certain cases, I hope you like what is being the combination that I used to perform the circuit of push-ups and that you can fulfill it below the audiovisual content which is a video showing when I performed this circuit.
