    Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC, soy @joel-sw. Aqui les traigo una rutina pequeña pero muy efectiva para realizar estando en casa, es una rutina para ganar fuerza en los hombros, es una rutina que suelo hacer cuando no tengo mucho tiempo para entrenar por salir tarde del trabajo o por tener cosas que hacer en el dia, y para no dejar el dia pasar me coloco rutina que sean fuertes pero que pueda terminarla en un periodo de tiempo algo corto.

    Oye, puedes empezar tus rutinas cuando no tengas o dispongas de mucho tiempo para entrenar, priorizando los movimiento que más te requiere fuerza, y teniendo en cuenta que son ejercicios que aun no dominas, podrás ir colocando un tiempo de descanso muy largo para que te de tiempo de que tu cuerpo descanse de forma muy adecuada para a la hora de realizar el movimiento en las próximas repeticiones puedas ejecutarlo de una forma muy adecuada y puedas avanzar y fortalecer ese ejercicio.
