Greetings dear friends of the community SWC. In this opportunity I will share with you a front lever routine that will help us to improve the seconds.
Estos ejercicios son avanzados, es recomendable tener 3 segundos de fron para hacerla, esta rutina no es propia mía, la conforme con diferentes atlétas que me han dado los ejercicios y yo puse un ejercicio de cada uno en la rutina.
These exercises are advanced, it is recommended to have 3 seconds of fron to do it, this routine is not my own, I conformed it with different athletes who have given me the exercises and I put an exercise of each one in the routine.
