    Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC, soy @jesusaguilarvz Aquí les dejo un post dedicado a una rutina que hago actualmente es mi segundo entrenamiento ya que como estoy recuperando y en teoría vuelvo a entrenar después de semanas, estoy reforzando mis Muscle Ups, este año me mentalice a llegar hacer 2 muscle ups en una sola reps y actualmente de forma estricta me puedo hacer 8, quiero llegar hacer 20 sin bajar de la barra, para ir incluyendo lastre.
    Greetings dear friends of the SWC community, I am @jesusaguilarvz Here I leave a post dedicated to a routine that I am currently doing, it is my second training since as I am recovering and in theory I return to training after weeks, I am reinforcing my Muscle Ups, this year I psyched myself up to do 2 muscle ups in a single rep and currently I can do 8 strictly, I want to get to 20 without lowering the bar, to include weights.

    Yo actualmente como dispongo de tiempo libre estoy haciendo tres sesiones de entrenamiento, la primero la estoy enfocando en los ejercicios de tensión ya que estoy nivel 0 no dispongo de ningún estático ahorita, y estoy retomando, la verdad me siento agusto quería tomar días de descanso, sin entrenar donde me olvidara de mis rutina y solo disfrute diciembre, y bueno retome hace una semana ya y quiero competir y aquí vamos, esta rutina es enfocada a mejorar mis básicos avanzados, si disponen de poco tiempo pueden usarla como principal, solo que disminuye los tiempo de descanso y espero les guste.
    As I currently have free time, I am doing three training sessions, the first one I am focusing on tension exercises since I am level 0 I do not have any static right now, and I am going back to it, I really feel comfortable I wanted to take days off , without training where I forgot my routine and just enjoyed December, and well I went back a week ago now and I want to compete and here we go, this routine is focused on improving my advanced basics, if you have little time you can use it as the main one, only that decrease rest time and I hope you like it.
