    Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad Street Workout Community, soy @jesusaguilarvz, hoy quiero mostrar mi rutina de abdominales es la que uso para realizar en casa, es una rutina que me gusta mucho ya que hago todos los ejercicio de forma continua y bamo a mi percepción veo cuantas series puedo hacer, para empezar deberias hacer un mínimo de 3 series seguidas de forma correcta para plantearte en hacer más series, es una rutina algo fuerte o muy fuerte diría yo, si al empezar no puedes continuarla no te preocupes trata de ir agarrando fuerza en esa zona pero no dejes de hacerla despues cuando puedas hacer las tres series sin problema serás muy fuerte en la zona del core y tendrás una resistencia en esa zona muy admirable.

    Es una rutina de tipo Hits o sea de quemar, pero es una rutina que trabaja principalmente la resistencia en la zona del core, que son abdominales y lumbares, la idea es hacerla de forma continua sin pausas, cada ejercicio dura 20 segundos excepto l planche abdominal que tienes que mantener la figura unos 30 segundos, debes hacer todo eso en circuito, hasta haber terminado las 3 vueltas que corresponden, todo te llevará unos 5 minutos aproximadamente.

    recordemos que tener la zona del core fuerte no permitirá estabilizar algunos ejercicios de tensión, a pesar que nos permite evitar lesiones, nos protege cuando se hace mucha flexibilidad de espalda, incluso hay persona que recomiendan que antes de hacer flexibilidad de espalda es recomendable hacer primero abdominales para tener la zona de core activa y no tener a lesionarse, hay persona que tambien usa las rutinas de abdominales para calentar o para activar el cuerpo ante de entrenar eso igual esta bien, yo tambien lo suelo hacer, solo traten de buscar el momento más adecuado para hacer abdominales, y no olvidarlos.
