El evento empezó al rededor de la 12 pm donde cada pareja primero recibió los respectivos uniformes y membresías correspondientes que nos edifica como deportistas en este acto tanto atletas como a jueces, luego al llegar casi de la 1 de la tarde Inicio el evento cerrando con unas palabras de aliento y de motivación de @manuelramos quien con su esfuerzo y equipo de trabajo le dio inicio al evento y así procedió al respectivo calentamiento dirigido por los Jueces y el equipo de atención al atleta.

The event began around 12 pm where each couple first received the respective uniforms and corresponding memberships that build us up as athletes in this act, both athletes and judges, then upon arrival almost 1 in the afternoon I start the event closing with some words of encouragement and motivation from @manuelramos who, with his effort and work team, started the event and thus proceeded to the respective warm-up directed by the Judges and the athlete care team.

El número de parejas que participaron fueron 12, en el cual solo 6 clasificaron a la semifinal, el tiempo era de 1:30 por ronda, donde ambos participantes tenían que realizar la mayor cantidad de movimientos en una ronda al mismo tiempo, siendo esto un reto para los atletas en el cual pude experimentarlo de primero, ya que mi Dúo fue elegido para demostrar nuestras habilidades resistencia y fuerza empezando así el espectáculo donde pudimos lograr y dejar todo nuestra disciplina y esfuerzo en ese minuto y 30 segundos. Al ir pasando cada pareja y sin saber si clasificaríamos o no decimos esperar la decisión de los jueces donde pudimos escuchar nuestros nombres para la clasificatoria, sintiéndonos muy emocionados y satisfechos por poder dar más.

The number of couples that participated was 12, in which only 6 qualified for the semifinal, the time was 1:30 per round, where both participants had to make the most movements in a round at the same time, this being a challenge for athletes in which I was able to experience it first, since my duo was chosen to demonstrate our resistance and strength skills, thus beginning the show where we were able to achieve and leave all our discipline and effort in that minute and 30 seconds. As each couple passed by and without knowing if we would classify or not, we decided to wait for the decision of the judges where we could hear our names for the qualifying, feeling very excited and satisfied to be able to give more.

La semifinal empezó con la elección de un sorteo para que los 6 equipos pudieran escoger un papelito que indicaba el número de posición que estaría y él versus contra quien les tocaría, al recoger mi papelito pude saber que competiría por el 1 2 y 3 puestos contra 2 grandes atletas siendo estos (@jisus-swyc y @alvis-sw), sabiendo la dificultad nunca nos desmotivamos y lo dimos todo en ese minuto 30 donde pudimos demostrar nuestras destrezas capacidades y habilidades y aunque no pudimos conseguir pasar nos sentíamos complacidos por darlo todo en las barras donde al final nuestros amigos pudieron ganarnos y así debutar por el 1 2 y 3 puestos siendo ellos los que lograron con sus destrezas ganar la Dual Battles 2023.

The semifinal began with the choice of a raffle so that the 6 teams could choose a piece of paper that indicated the position number they would be in and he versus who they would be up against, when I picked up my piece of paper I was able to know that I would compete for 1, 2 and 3 places against 2 great athletes being these (@jisus-swyc and @alvis-sw), knowing the difficulty we never got discouraged and we gave it our all in that 30 minute where we were able to demonstrate our skills, abilities and abilities and although we couldn't get through we were pleased to give it all in the bars where in the end our friends were able to beat us and thus debut for 1, 2 and 3 places, being them the ones who managed to win Dual Battles 2023 with their skills.
