    Hola a todos amigos de Street Workout Community como muchos sabran tuve algunos problemas y debido a eso deje de entrenar unas semanas, fui volvienod poco a poco y me di cuenta que mi rendimiento ha bajado muchisimo asi que bueno, hoy les enseño como yo comienzo a hacer otra vez la adaptacion de la plancha para volverme a sentir comodo y para volver a acostumbrar al cuerpo otra vez a la tension de este.
    Hello to all friends of Street Workout Community as many of you know I had some problems and because of that I stopped training for a few weeks, I came back little by little and I realised that my performance has dropped a lot, so today I show you how I start to adapt the plank again to feel comfortable again and to get my body used to the tension of the plank again.

    este ejercicio lo haremos con la liga, ¿que buscamos aqui? pues lo que buscamos es que nuestro cuerpo se vuelva a acostumbrar a estar tanto tiempo en la plancha, a como se siente volver a hacer la activacion de cada grupo muscular y tambien aguantamos maximo segundos para tratar de ir agarrando resistencia del movimiento.
    This exercise will be done with the garter, what are we looking for here? Well, what we are looking for is for our body to get used to being in the plank for so long, to how it feels to re-activate each muscle group and we also hold it for a maximum of seconds to try to get the resistance of the movement.

    Este ejercicio ya es opcional, yo lo hago mas que todo para ponerle mas carga al hombro y para acostumbrarme otra vez a la maltes ya que es un movimiento que estaba sacando y me costo mucho conseguir, queria meterle un poco a este para agarrarla a la par que la plancha normal.
    This exercise is optional, I do it mostly to put more load on the shoulder and to get used to the maltese again as it is a movement that I was taking out and it cost me a lot to get, I wanted to put a little bit to this to grab it at the same time as the normal plank.

    Para los que me conocen saben que amo este ejercicio ya que me ayuda a conseguir mucha fuerza, adaptacion y resistencia ya que basicamente es como si hiciera un mini combo pero con una pequeña ayuda, basicamente le exijo al cuerpo pero con la diferencia que solo se me caeria la plancha con la liga me ayudara a hacer un poco mas de repeticiones.
    For those of you who know me you know that I love this exercise as it helps me to get a lot of strength, adaptation and endurance as it is basically like doing a mini combo but with a little help, basically I demand the body but with the difference that I would only drop the plank with the garter to help me do a little more reps.

    el tuck avanzado lo uso para terminar de cansar el cuerpo, tambien para mejorar la postura desde una progresion no tan exigente ya que aqui cargamos la mitad de nuestro peso o se podria decir que hacemos basicamente la plancha pero no al extremo de tener toda la tension.
    I use the advanced tuck to finish tiring the body, also to improve the posture from a not so demanding progression since here we load half of our weight or you could say that we basically do the plank but not to the extreme of having all the tension.
