Hello my dear Champions of #Hive and SWC this time I am not bringing you a routine, but rather a very challenging challenge complicated in the SWC community proposed by our fellow athlete @raumijares.
In the challenge challenge created by our fellow athlete @raumijares we will have to perform a set of 4 exercises x 10 repetitions each which are: Pull-ups / Parallels / Chin-ups and finally push-ups. These exercises must be performed in less than 1 minute. Let's see how it goes!
• Ejercicio #1: Pull-ups: 10 repeticiones.
• Exercise #1: Pull-ups: 10 repetitions.
• Ejercicio #2: Paralelas: 10 repeticiones.
• Exercise #2: Dips: 10 repetitions.
• Ejercicio #3: Chin-ups: 10 repeticiones.
• Exercise #3: Chin-ups: 10 repetitions.
• Ejercicio #4: Flexiones: 10 repeticiones.
• Exercise #4: Push-ups: 10 repetitions.

Logramos cumplir el reto en 57 segundos⏱️, justo en la rayita! reto a los siguientes atletas a realizar éste reto: @johnlinares, @david-mora y @angelosw. Espero logren superar éste reto en un tiempo mejor.
