    Hola mis queridos Champions de #Hive y SWC en esta oportunidad me complace traerles una rutina explosiva muy intensa para el pecho en casa en tan solo 4 minutos, aunque 4 minutos parezca poco tiempo serán 4 minutos infernales! ¡Hazla Conmigo!

    Hello my dear Champions of #Hive and SWC, this time I'm pleased to bring you a very intense explosive routine for chest at home in just 4 minutes, although 4 minutes may seem like a short time it will be 4 minutes from hell! Do it with me!

    EXPLICACIÓN
    EXPLANATION

    La siguiente rutina es muy intensa ya que solo vamos a realizar las famosas "Flexiones con Aplausos". Vamos a realizar 10 Repeticiones con tan solo 30 segundos de descanso entre cada una para aumentar aún más la intensidad, al terminar la rutina de 5 ejercicios dejaremos 1 minuto de descanso y repetiremos la rutina una vez más.
    The following routine is very intense since we are only going to perform the famous "Clapping Push-Ups". We are going to perform 10 Repetitions with only 30 seconds of rest between each one to increase the intensity even more, at the end of the 5-exercise routine we will leave 1 minute of rest and repeat the routine again.
