Hello my dear #Hive Champions and SWC how are you today? I hope you are very well, for today I want to share with all of you my routine today in which I trained the chest and arms with push-ups, in addition to that I did a few sets with weights although I could not record that part, I hope you like it.
Usualmente me gusta comenzar la semana de una manera muy tranquila y con variaciones simples aunque para esta semana tenía muchas ganas de entrenar así que decidí entrenar con todo!
Vamos a estar realizando 15Repeticiones de estos 4 ejercicios dejando tan solo 1 minuto de descanso entre cada ejercicio, no más que eso para así entrenar de una forma intensa.
Esta Rutina la debemos repetir 4 veces.
I usually like to start the week in a very calm way and with simple variations although for this week I really wanted to train so I decided to train with everything!
We are going to be doing 15 repetitions of these 4 exercises, leaving only 1 minute of rest between each exercise, no more than that in order to train intensely.
We must repeat this routine 4 times.
• Ejercicio #1: Flexiones con Aplauso.
15 Repeticiones | 1 Minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #1: Push-ups with Clapping.
15 Reps | 1 minute rest.
• Ejercicio #2: Flexiones Rusas.
15 Repeticiones | 1 Minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #2: Russian push-ups.
15 Reps | 1 minute rest.
• Ejercicio #3: Flexiones Diamantes.
15 Repeticiones | 1 Minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #3: Diamond Push-ups.
15 Reps | 1 minute rest.
• Ejercicio #4: Flexiones Arqueras.
15 Repeticiones.
• Exercise #4: Archer Push-ups.
15 Repetitions.
