Hello to all fellow #HIVE members and members of SWC, I'm Milano Alfinger @ashura-sw, Today I bring you a small planche routine for beginners that he did with my training partners, in the video I leave everything well explained about each exercise which consists of 5 in the routine.
This routine will help us to get more strength to be able to control the plank better, especially for those who are starting to train this static.
