la Planch Straddle necesaria buena fuerza en tríceps, dorsales, lumbar y una buena flexibilidad en las muñecas y cuanta con una buena flexibilidad en las piernas más fácil te resultará cuando valla a lanzar la Straddle es recomendable lanzar la Straddel en suelo barra fija y minis paralelas pero siempre tiene que estar consiente que debes de hacer un buen estiramiento en las muñeca.

My experience with the Straddle

Mi experiencia con la Straddle comencé si conocimiento de los ejercicio y de los estiramiento poco a poco agarrando conocimiento y capacidad para hacer los ejercicio mejore llevado mi nacimiento y capacidad a otro nivel y mostrándoles a ustedes las diferente tipos de straddle que e llagado a alcázar con mi esfuerzo.
