Hola amigos de @fulldeportes, les mando un gran saludo a todos y agradecido enormemente con todos los que aceptaron mi Reto de 100 Burpees🔥 la verdad, no pensé que tantos lo harían y eso me sorprendió y me inspiró, ya que en mi video original, hay una edición y obviamente me tomo mis descansos, pero algunos lo hicieron y lo grabaron, a su nivel de intensidad, con su esfuerzo y sobretodo algunos casi sin descansar y senti presión social y dije, voy a grabarme corrido 😂 así me pongo prueba en camara y sobretodo que vean que el objetivo es terminar el reto, sin importar el tiempo que tardes, la clave es culminarlo😎

Hi @fulldeportes friends, I send a big greeting to all of you and greatly grateful to all who accepted my 100 Burpees🔥 Challenge the truth, I didn't think so many would do it and that surprised and inspired me, since in my original video, there is an edit and obviously I take my breaks, but some did it and recorded it, at their level of intensity, with their effort and above all some almost without resting and I felt social pressure and I said, I'm going to record myself running 😂 so I get proof on camera and above all they see that the goal is to finish the challenge, no matter how long it takes, the key is to finish😎

@milagrosmhbl @zero49 @zutodoterreno @edfer18 @palabras1 @vandres @viviana.fitness todos estuvieron geniales y yo les comparto mis 100 Burpees corridos sin editar, vale destacar que hice 110 ya que en una de las ultimas vueltas de 10 Burpees me llamaron y se cortó la grabación😒 y me enteré al ver que se cortó, pero me faltaban las ultimas 10 de la segunda ronda y lo grabé nuevamente, rezando un padre nuestro 😂😂

@milagrosmhbl @zero49 @zutodoterreno @edfer18 @palabras1 @vandres @viviana.fitness everyone was great and I share with you my 100 Burpees run without editing, it is worth noting that I did 110 since in one of the last laps of 10 Burpees they called me and the recording was cut😒 and I found out when I saw that it was cut, but I was missing the last 10 of the second round and I recorded it again, praying an Our Father 😂😂

Con esto me despido mis amigos, me encantó este Reto y la verdad cualquiera termina muy cansado debido a la intensidad del mismo, lo bueno es que es una rutina genial para hacer cuando no disponemos de mucho tiempo, tome el tiempo exacto que tarde, pero estoy seguro que fueron menos de 10 minutos, les mando bendiciones a todos 😎💪🔥
