Momento de Correr [Esp/Eng Subtitled] 💚💚💚

      Es de no creer, a veces es el calor sofocante, otras, los mosquitos que aterrizaron en Buenos Aires, para llevarse toda nuestra sangre y nuestra paciencia. De igual manera, juntamos fuerza y salimos a trotar, para ponernos en movimiento y disfrutar del atardecer, que tanto me gusta. Siempre ocurrirán eventos, que pueden ser motivos para no salir, pero debemos hacerlo igual.

It's hard to believe, sometimes it's the suffocating heat, sometimes it's the mosquitoes that landed in Buenos Aires to take all our blood and patience. In the same way, we gather strength and go for a jog, to get moving and enjoy the sunset, which I like so much. Events will always happen, which may be reasons not to go out, but we must do it anyway.

      A veces, comemos demás y nos cuesta salir, pero es tan solo un segundo en tomar la decisión y debemos salir, sin exigirnos demasiado. Es decir, nosotros décimos vamos a caminar y si nos da ganas, corremos. Da la casualidad, que siempre queremos y más, si los mosquitos nos corren. Empezamos de menor a mayor y realmente, salió un lindo entrenamiento.

Sometimes, we eat too much and it is hard for us to go out, but it takes only a second to make the decision and we should go out, without demanding too much of ourselves. That is to say, we go for a walk and if we feel like it, we run. As it happens, we always want to and even more, if the mosquitoes run us. We started from smallest to biggest and really, it was a nice training.

      Tengo muchas ganas de correr la maratón de Buenos Aires, que se realiza en septiembre del 2024, y espero, que Marcelo me haga la segunda para los entrenamientos. Estamos con los burpees y trotar se complica a veces. Creo que, entre los dos, podemos lograrlo.

I really want to run the Buenos Aires marathon, which takes place in September 2024, and I hope Marcelo will make me the second one for training. We are with the burpees and jogging gets complicated sometimes. I think that, between the two of us, we can do it.

      Esas manchas en el cielo nocturno, pensamos que eran mosquitos, pero cuando nos acercamos, vimos que eran aves.
Estoy muy emocionada, porque siento, que cuando uno se pone metas deportivas, se llena de energía para poder lograrlo. Ojalá, pueda contagiar a todas las personas que se atrevieron a leerme, a realizar actividad física y a sentirse pleno, peso a los obstáculos de la vida.

Those spots in the night sky, we thought they were mosquitoes, but when we got closer, we saw that they were birds.
I am very excited, because I feel that when one sets sports goals, one is filled with energy to achieve them. Hopefully, I can infect all the people who dared to read me, to do physical activity and to feel full, despite the obstacles of life.
