Siempre antes de entrenar, luego de mi calentamiento, empiezo haciendo combos sencillos, que no sean de mucha dificultad para mí, con el objetivo de terminar de calentar y en cierta parte preparar mi cuerpo para lo que se viene por así decirlo.
