Community, hoy vengo a compartir con ustedes uno de mis días de entrenamiento de Only Static, algo que me gusta hacer al menos cada 2 semanas después de estar realizando solamente rutinas para trabajar esos puntos débiles en ciertos elementos. Este entrenamiento no fue solo para ver mi rendimiento combos de estáticos, sino también fue un regalo a mí mismo por el día de mi cumpleaños, el pasado 05 de junio del 2023, por todo mi esfuerzo, constancia, disciplina a lo largo del tiempo. Para muchos, realizar combos, ya sea Only Static, Frestyle, retos de resistencia, etc. en un día de entrenamiento, es simplemente una rutina más, pero yo pienso diferente, en mi opinión es mucho más que eso. Y ustedes preguntarán, ¿por qué?

For many, performing combos, be it Only Static, Freestyle, stamina challenges, etc. on a training day, it's just another routine, but I think differently, in my opinion it's much more than that. And you will ask, why?

Con facilidad puede ser un día cualquiera, de una persona cualquiera haciendo una simple rutina, pero en mi opinión hay que tener una mentalidad más positiva, una mentalidad ganadora y todo que sea llegar al éxito. Es un día en donde puedes apreciar el resultado de los frutos que ha brindado todo tu esfuerzo, constancia, disciplina y perseverancia. En donde puede mirar hacia atrás solo para ver todo el camino que has recorrido y sentirte orgulloso de ello, mirar en donde estás parado simplemente por no rendirte y darte cuenta de que las caídas se aprende, y te ayudan a avanzar mejor, y por último mirar hacia adelante para ver todas las cosas buenas que falta por conseguir.

It can easily be any day, of any person doing a simple routine, but in my opinion you have to have a more positive mentality, a winning mentality and everything that is to achieve success. It is a day where you can appreciate the result of the fruits that all your effort, perseverance, discipline and perseverance have brought. Where you can look back just to see all the way you've come and feel proud of it, look at where you're standing simply for not giving up and realize that falls are learned, and help you move forward better, and finally look ahead to see all the good things that are yet to be achieved.

Habrá escalones en donde te sientas estancado y creerás que no puedes subir, pero si ves que no puedes subir con un simple paso, no es motivo para retroceder, solo busca otro método y trabaja en ello, y cuando vuelvas, podrás llegar a la cima como has querido desde un principio.

There will be steps where you feel stuck and you will think that you cannot climb, but if you see that you cannot climb with a simple step, it is not a reason to go back, just find another method and work on it, and when you come back, you can reach the top. as you wanted from the beginning.

Más que un simple deporte, estás haciendo lo que más te apasiona, algo que se convirtió en un estilo de vida para ti. Yo pienso que este deporte es uno de los que más te deja claro, que nada es imposible, en donde te das cuenta de que empezaste en lo más bajo y hoy en día has conseguido más de lo esperado o lo que pensaste que nunca ibas a conseguir, sigue adelante, haz retos, ponte metas, pero nunca te rindas, que lo que haces hoy, el día de mañana será algo mejor.

More than just a sport, you are doing what you are most passionate about, something that has become a lifestyle for you. I think that this sport is one of the ones that makes it clear to you the most, that nothing is impossible, where you realize that you started at the bottom and today you have achieved more than expected or what you thought you were never going to achieve, keep going, challenge yourself, set goals, but never give up, because what you do today will be better tomorrow.
