En la rutina que comparto a continuación será lo mejor que he realizado para ustedes y para mi, un entrenamiento con intensidad pura sin parar 🔥.
ㅤㅤLes estaré dejando algunas tomas del ejercicio al igual que un video, para que puedan realizar el ejercicio bien sea siguiendome o ver las tomas para su ejecución. Abajo dejaré las indicaciones para las repeticiones y series que realizo en ello. 😎🔥
