ㅤRealicé una serie de 4 ejercicios para variar un poco con pocas repeticiones ya que son distintos movimiento y el desgaste es brutal, sería como un tipo cuerpo completo ya que hasta el abdomen incluimos. Espero les guste y comenten que tal les pareció.😎
