Saludos a todos y todas, les comparto este segundo set de entrenamiento de cuádriceps en casa, dónde daremos full completo sin parar y resistiendo hasta el último ejercicio. Cabe resaltar que antes de realizar este set hice un precalentamiento ya que tendremos mucha fatiga y será más complicado.

Cada ejercicio lo realizo con repeticiones de 10x10, osea realizamos 10 repeticiones e incluye una sentadilla estática en pared. Con esto vamos a mejorar mayor nuestra resistencia además del incremento de nuestras pantorrillas y cuádriceps.
Each exercise is performed with 10x10 repetitions, i.e. 10 repetitions and includes a static wall squat. With this we are going to improve our endurance as well as increase our calves and quads.
