El día sábado se realizó ésta exhibición de Street Workout y Calistenia en el C.C Sambil de Valencia, a continuación verán un cortometraje de lo que fue mi participación. Estuve participando en la exhibición de Calistenia (Básicos) realizando los ejercicios Muscle up y Pull-Ups explosivas.

Además de eso también tuve mi participación en la exhibición de Street Workout (Categoría Semi profesional). No demostré mi mejor nivel debido a mucha fatiga muscular pero aún así no fue una mala demostración, sin más que decir los dejo con el vídeo

On Saturday this Street Workout and Calisthenics exhibition was held at the C.C Sambil in Valencia, below you will see a short film of what my participation was. I was participating in the exhibition of Calisthenics (Basics) performing the exercises Muscle up and explosive Pull-Ups.

Besides that I also had my participation in the Street Workout exhibition (Semi professional category). I did not show my best level due to a lot of muscle fatigue but still it was not a bad demonstration, without more to say I leave you with the video.
