Hello everyone friends of Hive and SWC, my name is José Mota @whoismota, today I bring you a routine to work your whole body (upper body, abdomen and legs), with basic exercises ideal for those athletes who have little time in the sport.
Ésta rutina está compuesta por 7 ejercicios que son básicos pero a la vez intensos. Ideal para aprovechar el poco tiempo y también el poco espacio debido a que la puedes realizar desde la comodidad de tu casa.
