Hello friends of Hive and SWC, my name is José Mota @whoismota, today I bring you 6 different types of pushups beginner level with which you can create a routine or include them in your routines to properly work the muscle group comprising the chest, triceps and deltoids.
Con estos tipos de flexiones pueden crear su propia rutina en base a su fuerza/nivel o pueden incluirlos en sus rutinas de dicho grupo muscular.
Chest push-ups are one of the best basic exercises to work and develop the muscle group formed by the chest, triceps and deltoids. A very complete exercise that works the push and strengthens in a very fast and effective way.
With these types of push-ups you can create your own routine based on your strength/level or you can include them in your routines for that muscle group.
