    Bendiciones y mucha prosperidad a toda la gran familia de full deportes, el día de hoy quisiera comenzar con este proverbio que recita lo siguiente:
    Un corazón paciente es salud para el alma , pero un corazón lleno de envidia corroe los huesos.

    Nuestra rutina de hoy se trata de cuatro ejercicios de hombros para Adultos mayores, esta rutina esta diseñada para fortalecer los músculos del hombro , también para aliviar molestias causadas por lesiones o sobrecarga en los hombros, aumentar de masa muscular , además, mayor rango de movimiento en los hombros , es de recordar que a medida que la edad avanza nuestras articulaciones comienzan a desgastarse y si no trabajamos nuestros músculo tienden a encogerse y finalmente a enflaquecer.

    A patient heart is health for the soul , but a heart full of envy corrodes the bones.

    Our routine today is about four shoulder exercises for older adults, this routine is designed to strengthen the shoulder muscles, also to relieve discomfort caused by injury or overload in the shoulders, increase muscle mass, in addition, greater range of motion in the shoulders, is to remember that as age progresses our joints begin to wear out and if we do not work our muscles tend to shrink and eventually to enflaquecer.

    Por eso es importante realizar ejercicio constantemente para mantenernos fuertes y saludables con mejor calidad de vida y disfrutar de una longevidad full activa.
