    Hola amigos de @fulldeportes espero estén muy bien todos por acá, mitad de semana y les traigo una rutina realmente genial para el Tren superior y el Core, ideal para travajar fuertemente y hacerla uno de los días más fuertes de la semana, vamos a usar un par de mancuernas para algunos ejercicios, así le agregamos dificultad, aunque si no tienes dichas mancuernas, no te preocupes, puedes hacerlos perfectamente sin ellas, usando el peso de tu cuerpo, así que vamos a ello, con todo 💪🔥

    El Core es una zona del cuerpo super importante para fortalecer, ya que practicamente está involucrada directa e indirectamente en muchos movimientos que realizamos cotidianamente y cuando entrenamos claramente se involucran mucho más, usado la técnica correctamente, es por ello que es necesario trabajarlo 1 o 2 veces por semana, no diario, más si quieres sacar los cuadritos tienes que entender que debes trabajarlos fuertemente y para que ellos se vean, debes bajar tu porcentaje de grasa haciendo un leve deficit calorico, porque podrías hacer 1000 abdominales diarias y sin bajar esa grasa, no se verá nada, así que siempre combina los ejercicios con una excelente nutrición 😃
