    Hola amigos de @fulldeportes hoy llegamos al día 109 del año, hoy tocaron 109 Burpees 🥵 aunque, hoy me pasó algo loco, estuve super concentrado y no tuve el Bache mental, pero cuando menos pensé ya iba por 80 y eso sólo significa algo que me gusta mucho, es el hecho de darme cuenta de que mi resistencia es mayor, por eso he notado que pese a mentalmente impresionarme con el numero de los burpees, luego al hacerlo logro dominarlos 😁 y luego de eso, me uno al grupo de entrenamiento con la rutina que les dejé, aquí grabé nuevamente las últimas 3 rondas de las 10 💪😃

    En esta ocasión usamos una canción que tengo de un Hiit, que es un entrenamiento de alta intensidad donde tenemos 1 minuto para hacer sólo 2 ejercicios, simple😁 pero no fácil, 10 Repeticiones de Zancadas con saltos y 10 Push-ups explosivas, con un aplauso en el aire, esto lo haces en el tiempo de 1 minuto y luego 30 segundos para descansar, luego al comenzar nuevamente el minuto, inicias todo igual y repites 10 Rondas, en total son 100 Repeticiones de cada ejercicio y listo al llegar a la Ronda 10 terminaste, para los que no dominan el movimiento haganlo sin el salto la zancada y sin los aplausos la flexión 💪 y me cuentan como les fué 😎 a ver cuantos se animan🔥
