El día de hoy quiero compartirles mi rutina del cuidado de cabello post ducha y no quiero que se seque solo entonces acudo a las herramientas que les voy a mostrar a continuación.

Today I want to share with you my post-shower hair care routine and I don't want it to dry out on its own so I use the tools I'm going to show you below. 

En primer lugar desenredo mi cabello con peine de dientes anchos de abajo hacia arriba sosteniendo mi cabello.

First I untangle my hair with a wide-tooth comb from the bottom upwards holding my hair.

Luego procedo a distribuir por todo mi cabello protector térmico para el calor, asegúrate de que cuando elijas el tuyo supere los 220° así estarás cuidando muy bien tu cabello del calor.

I then proceed to distribute heat protectant all over my hair, make sure that when you choose yours it is above 220° so you will be taking good care of your hair from the heat.

Con la ayuda de nuestro secador vamos a comenzar a secar todo el cabello de arriba hacia abajo para evitar el frizz.

With the help of our blow dryer we will start drying all the hair from top to bottom to avoid frizz. 

Una vez que nuestro cabello esta seco, colocamos el secador en modo aire frio y ayudamos a sellar la cutícula y peinamos para dejar todo en orden.

Once our hair is dry, we put the dryer in cold air mode and help to seal the cuticle and comb to leave everything in order. 

Finalizamos colocando oleo capilar de medios a punta, vamos a agregar a la palma de la mano dos aplicaciones, frotamos para calentar el producto y esparcimos de medios a puntas.

We finish by applying hair oil from mid-lengths to ends, adding two applications to the palm of the hand, rubbing to warm the product and spreading from mid-lengths to ends. 

Este es el resultado quise tomar una foto en la luz del día para que puedan apreciar mi cabello esta decolorado, pero con los cuidados adecuados puede lucir sano y lindo, cabe acotar que ya me sale un corte de puntitas porque además de sacar las putitas secas fortalecemos nuestro cabello.
