    SWC el día de hoy vengo a traerles unos ejercicios con los cuales puede evitar la sobre car muscular en la espalda.

    Explicacion:
    • En el entrenamiento de hoy les vengo a traer una serie de ejercicios para evitar la sobre carga en la espalda.

    • Este entrenamiento es para evitar lesiones, contracciones musculares, desagarres etc.

    • La idea de este entrenamiento es ejecutar cada ejercicio de 8-6 repeticiones y 2 series.

    • Se preguntaran porque tan poquitas repeticiones y series, la idea es hacer poquito para así no esforzar el musculo y ir quitando la sobre carga.

    • En los muscle ups les recomendaría hacer 4 repeticiones.

    • Espero este entrenamiento les sea de mucha ayudar, y lo incluyan en su rutina diaria.
