Querida comunidad de #Hive y #SWC, hoy deseo compartir con ustedes mi entrenamiento de plancha del 15 de abril de 2024. En esta sesión, experimenté una sensación de mejora en comparación con días anteriores. Aunque mi desempeño no alcanzó las expectativas en movimientos como la "OAP", logré superarme en otros, especialmente en las planchas tradicionales (Full y straddle). Este progreso me llena de orgullo y me motiva a seguir trabajando arduamente durante los próximos meses para estar en óptimas condiciones de cara a los eventos futuros.
Además, durante mi entrenamiento, realicé algunos intentos de 540, manteniendo la costumbre y adaptándome al movimiento de manera adecuada. En resumen, esta fue una sesión productiva y llena de determinación.

Dear #Hive and #SWC community, today I wish to share with you my plank workout of April 15, 2024. In this session, I experienced a sense of improvement compared to previous days. Although my performance fell short of expectations in movements like the "OAP", I managed to excel in others, especially in the traditional planchas (Full and straddle). This progress fills me with pride and motivates me to continue working hard over the next few months to be in top condition for future events.
Also, during my training, I performed a few 540 attempts, keeping the habit and adapting to the movement properly. All in all, this was a productive session full of determination.
