    Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz jueves de tbt jeje espero se esten preparando excelente para recibir el año nuevo!! Y como yo quiero verme mejor que nunca en el 2024, la solucion es comenzar a hacer los cambios pertinentes lo que queda del 2023, asi que aca estoy!! Agotada, no se los voy a negar, he tenido dias super movidos, y después del niño Jesus hubo excesos por aqui y por alla y me siento mas pesada que antes, sin embargo, aun con la pesadez y la flojera, aqui sigo, porque como dice mi esposo, el cuerpo no sabe de dias, hay que cuidarse sea navidad o no!!

    Con La alimentacion hubo desastres, pero con el ejercicio acá estamos 💪💪 hoy les dejo esta rutina de tren inferior, pocos ejercicios pero realmente PODEROSOS para sentir nuestras piernas quemando jeje o soy yo la unica que ama esos dplores que casi no se puede si caminar? 😂😂 bueno, yo soy asi!! Y si tu eres de ese mismo Team no dejes de realizar esta rutina, son 3 Rondas para los principiantes y 5 para los mas avanzados, el descanso puede ir desde 1 a 3 minutos entre ronda, asi que espero se animen y la disfruten tanto o mas que yo💪💪

    With food there were disasters, but with exercise here we are 💪💪 today I leave you this lower body routine, few exercises but really POWERFUL to feel our legs burning hehe or am I the only one who loves those dplores that almost can't walk? 😂😂 well, that's me!!! And if you're from that same Team don't miss this routine, it's 3 Rounds for beginners and 5 for the more advanced, the rest can go from 1 to 3 minutes between rounds, so I hope you'll cheer up and enjoy it as much or more than me💪💪
