Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz sabado!! Como lo he dicho muchas veces este mes, por acá seguimos activa jeje y BIEN ACTIVA, porque he estado que no tengo paranza jeje mil cosas, pero siempre siempre dejando un espacio para mi terapia, hacer ejercicios jeje!! Mañana sera un dia de comer bastante asi que toca darle hasta el ultimo minuto que pueda 😂😂😅

Hoy les comparto una rutina de tren superior que sin duda los hará sudar!! Como veran usé mis super pesas 💪 asi que sin excusas llenen sus botellas y a darle con todo 😎😎 realizaremos 4 rondas con un descanso de 1 solo minuto entre ronda!! Espero que se animen a hacerla, y desde ya les deseo a todos una muy Feliz navidad🥰😍 que disfruten el dia junto a los suyos💙💙
