Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz mitad de semana, casi inicio de fin de semana chiquito😂 espero esten teniendo una excelente semana!! Por acá con mil cosas que hacer, pero tratando de rendir en todo!! Eso si, lo que no dejo de hacer son mis ejercicios, ya saben que es gasolina para mi jeje
Hoy les traigo una rutina poderosa para trabajar tren inferior, pero el mayor enfoque es en los aductores, vamos a necesitar una pesa, ¿No la tienes? Pues agarra un bolso y llenalo de libros 🥳 no hay excusas!! Vamos a realizar 4 rondas descansando 2 minutos entre cada una!! Y por supuesto una vez mas debo recordarles que deben hacer un calentamiento previo para evitar lesiones, dicho esto, espero que vean el video y mejor aun, que se animen a hacerlo😂😂

Today I bring you a powerful routine to work lower body, but the main focus is on the adductors, we are going to need a dumbbell, don't you have one? Well grab a bag and fill it up 🥳 no excuses!!! We are going to do 4 rounds resting 2 minutes in between each one!!! And of course once again I must remind you to warm up beforehand to avoid injuries, that said, I hope you watch the video and better yet, that you are encouraged to do it😂😂.
