Asumiendo el Mini Reto de sentadillas y flexiones💪💪 [Esp-Eng]

Hola hola amigos de @fulldeportes espero estén teniendo una excelente semana!! por acá hoy quiero traerles algo diferebte, porque realmente me llena de oegullo, al principio cuando acepté esté reto, se veo muy facil, pero con el paso de los días el agotamiento físico fue mayor, que ya adicional al reto del dia, yo hacia mi rutina, así que a medida que pasaban los días más exhausta me sentía, de hecho entrené hasta el domingo 😂😂

Eso si, me tomé el lunes libre porque hay que darle descanso al cuerpo jeje. hoy ya me active con mi rutina nuevamente, pero no podía dejar de compartirles esté reto, y quién quita y alguien más se anime💪💪 así que les adjunto acá la imagen por si se animan😜😜
