Good morning fellow hive and SWC, I'm Brayan @Hidekinagatari, This time I bring you a planche routine for beginners, which will be focused on adapting to the lever and accustom the muscles to the load that will involve the movement and some basic exercises to strengthen the muscles that are worked in the planche. 💪🏼
En está rutina trabajarán 4 ejercicios específicos de plancha con el agarre supino ya que es importante acostumbrar al biceps desde el principio a estar en tensión y soportar la palanca, adicional harán y un 1 ejercicio conplementario para reforzar la musculatura involucrada en la plancha .💪🏼
In this routine you will work 4 specific plank exercises with the supine grip as it is important to accustom the biceps from the beginning to be in tension and support the lever, in addition you will do and 1 supplementary exercise to strengthen the muscles involved in the plank. 💪🏼
Ejercicio 1:
Aguantes de tuck planche - 8 segundos x4 series.
Ejercicio 2:
De pica a lean con aguante - 3 repeticiones x4 series.
Ejercicio 3:
Flexiones de lean planche - 4 Repeticiones x4 series.
Ejercicio 4:
Aguantes de lean planche - maximo aguante pero sin llegar al fallo x4 series
Ejercicio 5:
Flexiones de pica con altura - 4 repeticiones x4 series.
Exercise 1:
Tuck planche holds - 8 seconds x4 sets.
Exercise 2:
Pike to lean with hold - 3 reps x4 sets
Exercise 3:
Lean planche push-ups - 4 reps x4 sets.
Exercise 4:
Lean planche endurance - maximum endurance but without failure x4 sets
