Good morning fellow hive and SWC, I'm Brayan @Hidekinagatari, This time I want to share some back exercises that I put in a routine for those who want to develop a great back and also gain strength in this, some exercises are already known but few do them, I recommend doing them as they are the best to gain amplitude in your back and will also help you in gaining strength.💪🏼
Esta rutina esta compuesta por 5 ejercicios básicos, los cuales yo considero que son de los mejores para ir ganando hipertrofia muscular en la espalda y que te ayudarán en otros ejercicios que requieran fuerza.💪🏼
This routine is composed of 5 basic exercises, which I consider to be the best to gain muscle hypertrophy in the back and that will help you in other exercises that require strength..💪🏼
Ejercicio 1:
Dominadas arqueras - 5 repeticiones por cada lado x4 series.
Ejercicio 2:
Dominadas militares - 10 repeticiones x4 series.
Ejercicio 3:
Dominadas cerradas - 10 repeticiones x4 series.
Ejercicio 4:
Dominadas neutras - 10 repeticiones x4 series.
Ejercicio 5:
Dominadas abiertas - 8 repeticiones x4 series.
Exercise 1:
Archer pull-ups - 5 repetitions on each side x4 sets.
Exercise 2:
Military pull-ups - 10 repetitions x4 sets.
Exercise 3:
Closed pull-ups - 10 repetitions x4 sets.
Exercise 4:
Neutral pull-ups - 10 repetitions x4 sets.
Exercise 5:
Wide pull-ups - 8 repetitions x4 sets.
Bueno compañeros, está fue todos los ejercicios en una rutina que les quise compartir hoy, y recuerden no dejar de lado ninguno de estos cuando entrenen espalda, ya que los encaminará a tener una muy buena ganancia muscular en esta musculatura.👋🏽
