    Hola amigos espero que esten muy bien, hoy les quiero compartir una super rutina psra trabajar el cuerpo completo, con repeticones en aumento este tipo de rutinas son realmente brutales para hacerlos en cualquier lugar y ganar mayor fuerza, resistencia y sobretodo ayudarte con tu objetivo si es que quieres perder peso o ganar musculo, ya que debo aclarar como siempre NO existen ejercicios que te hagan perder peso la clave siempre es que te hagas m谩s fuerte馃挭馃敟

    El objetivo de nuestros entrenamientos siempre tienen que ser de hacernos m谩s fuertes para as铆 usar nuestro metabolismo de una forma mas eficiente, si es que quieres aumentar masa muscular, el objetivo debe ser fortalecerte y hacer un superavit calorico con tu alimentaci贸n diaria y si quieres perder peso de igual forma hacerte fuerte y tu alimentaci贸n debe estar dentro de un Deficit calorico para lograr as铆 tu objetivo馃挭馃槂
