Good morning fellow hive and SWC, I'm Brayan @Hidekinagatari, This time I bring you my routine for the straddle planche, which I had stopped training for some discomfort, but I returned to resume training although I have been training for a short time. It is a short routine but quite intense because I prioritize the technique and execution of the exercises which exhausts even faster because when exercising better posture in the exercises more strength is required to hold or do the repetitions correctly. Although it is a routine for beginners, it is very helpful to get strength and go getting pliopercepcion of what is a planche and hold it, so in the routine we must try to tighten the muscles involved in the element and know which not to tighten to give the right stimulus to those involved 💪🏼.
En esta rutina trabajaremos 4 ejercicios específicos de plancha y uno básico para reforzar la musculatura implicada en el elemento. El descanso entre series es de 3" a 4" minutos y unos 5" minutos de descanso entre ejercicio 💪🏼.
In this routine we will work 4 specific planche exercises and one basic exercise to strengthen the muscles involved in the element. The rest between sets is 3" to 4" minutes and about 5" minutes rest between exercises 💪🏼.
Ejercicio 1:
Intentos de straddle planche con goma - 5 repeticiones x3 series.
Ejercicio 2:
Lean planche elevado - 10" segundos x3 series.
Ejercicio 3:
Flexiones de lean planche - 5 repeticiones x3 series.
Ejercicio 4:
Aguantes de tuck planche - 10" segundos x3 series.
Ejercicio 5:
Fondos - 20 repeticiones x4 series.
Exercise 1:
Attempts to straddle iron with rubber - 5 repetitions x3 sets.
Exercise 2:
Lean raised planche - 10" seconds x3 sets.
Exercise 3:
Lean planche push-ups - 5 repetitions x3 sets.
Exercise 4:
Tuck planche holds - 10" seconds x3 sets.
Exercise 5:
Dips - 20 repetitions x4 sets.
