Cómo pueden ver en el vídeo me encuentro intentando cambios en la stradle planch con diferentes agarres. Hoy no pude ejecutar los trucos de buena manera ya que estaba un poco pesado y la verdad siento que afecta mucho a la hora de aplicar distintas planchas o en front lever , también es que e estado un poco inactivo con los estaticos más que tocó en el front porque la verdad yo era una persona muy dedicada al front lever y ya no le tengo el mismo dominio como lo tenía antes .
