Les he traído un vídeo tutorial sobre la famosa salida mortal FLY AWAY. Que podemos verla en muchas ocasiones,cómo en competencias, exhibiciónes,etc. Debemos tener cuidado ya que es un movimiento con algún error y nos lastimemos,por eso quiero dejarles este tutorial para que se guíen de buena manera y eviten errores mientras hacen los movimientos ,y por les traje este video.

Significa moviendo de alejarse, cómo podemos ver es un giro que hacemos pasando las piernas por dentro de los brazos soltando las manos,hace ilusión a estás variaciónes de salidas mortales ,la cual vemos que hagarrámos la barra con nuestras dos manos y aplicamos un poco de impulso o mejor dicho swing , teniendo en cuenta que hay tener fuerza para apretar la barra de buena manera y no tener ningún tipo de accidentes.
