Hello my happy and beautiful people of this community @reto-morphosis Hive which transmits great energy with this challenge sponsored by the @Aliento Project and the creators of the challenge friends @edmundochauran and @eddiespino. Also my greetings and thanks to the @HiveCreators team for the graphic identity of the challenge.
Thirty days after the challenge I have a lot to say and tell. The time seemed to me that it went very fast. We are already one month into the challenge in which I will show you my progress and I feel happy because I have been able to achieve little by little what I want and everything is for my health and a better quality of life. I was hit by the Omicrom and it attacked me very hard, I have been affected by a strong allergic cough, I am in treatment. Almost 15 days in the process of healing. The first days were terrible and it was impossible for me to exercise, I managed to get into action about 5 days ago where I started again with my walks around the urbanization where I live, dedicating 15 minutes a day. I exercise at home at least three times a week, I do warm-up exercises, stretching, leg exercises, abdominal exercises, etc. Below is a chart for you to visualize my progress:
In relation to food I try as much as possible to eat healthy, salads, I love to eat tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, tortillas, drink oat and sesame seed milk and some green juices that I prepare. In my breakfast I usually eat the arepa with some protein, it can be of animal or vegetable origin, or with low salt cheese. Sometimes I can have a cup of oatmeal without milk, with cinnamon and sweetened with a small amount of paprika. If my lunches are more complete, I sometimes add a portion of carbohydrates such as rice, cassava, pasta, and what predominates are green salads and proteins. In mid-afternoon I can eat a piece of fruit. And at dinner I can eat a piece of cassava, tortilla and sliced tomato, other times only salads, if I don't eat dinner after six in the evening if I get hungry I drink a lot of water. During the flu I felt very weak and I had to go off my diet a little bit to get my strength back. And in addition to that I had to inject very often dexamethasone 8 mgs is a steroid and hinders me a little to lose weight faster. I had to take this medication because I had mild respiratory difficulty and I am a patient with a thyroid pathology.
The progress for me has been wonderful since I started, I have lost 5 kilos. At least I want to lose 5 kilos more is my goal until I finish the challenge. To reach 65 kilos. That means to lose 10 kilos, I still have 5 kilos to lose, it looks easy but it is not. With perseverance and dedication it can be achieved. I have to persist to reach the goal.
Una vez obtenido los datos solicitados procedí a introducirlos en la Calculadora en Línea de Dieta de la Zona (https://www.dietadelazona.com.mx/herramientas/calculadora/resultados) mediante un enlace que también lo facilita el post del concurso. Una vez introducidos los datos enseguida la calculadora arrojo los resultados. En la imagen a continuación le muestro los resultados y me siento contenta porque voy logrando mis objetivos.
Once I obtained the requested data I proceeded to enter them in the Zone Diet Online Calculator (https://www.dietadelazona.com.mx/herramientas/calculadora/resultados) through a link that is also provided in the contest post. Once I entered the data, the calculator immediately returned the results. In the image below I show you the results and I am happy because I am achieving my goals.
Hago referencia de los tres parámetros como lo son: Porcentaje aproximado de grasa corporal, peso aproximado de grasa corporal y peso aproximado de masa magra se los muestro a continuación:
Al comienzo del reto: 43, 32, 43 respectivamente
15 días después: 40, 28, y 43 respectivamente
30 días después: 37, 26, y 44 respectivamente. Con estos resultados se demuestra que va saliendo un poco la grasa corporal para sustituirse por masa magra.

At the beginning of the challenge: 43, 32, 43 respectively.

30 days later: 37, 26, and 44 respectively. These results show that a little body fat is coming off to be replaced by lean mass.
In spite of not complying with the diet in a strict way, because we always sin. I keep moving forward, this time I lost 1 kilo. But my abdomen and hip measurements have been reduced and I feel happy one month after the challenge I have lost 5 kilos, for me it is enough. The exercises have helped me enormously and I have felt much better, my anxiety has gone down, the pains in my legs have diminished, and my clothes fit looser. I really feel happy, from here on I'm going for those 5 kilos. The important thing is that I am making progress and I feel much better. Until the next 15 days.
