Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad Full Deportes , en esta oportunidad comparto con todos ustedes, mi primera ruta senderista realizada en este mes de Marzo, ruta realizada en uno de mis lugares favoritos de la Ciudad de Maracay el cual es el "Cerro Hotel Maracay".
Greetings dear friends of the community Full Deportes , in this opportunity I will share with all of you, my first trekking route realized in this month of March, route realized in one of my favourite places of the City of Maracay which is the "Cerro Hotel Maracay".

El pasado domingo 06 de Marzo luego de unas cuantas semanas sin hacer senderismo volví a la montaña para realizar una ruta hacia el Container.
Last Sunday 06th of March after a few weeks without hiking I went back to the mountain to make a route to the Container.
Apesar de haber tenido muchas semanas sin hacer cardio o alguna actividad aeróbica no me sentí tan cansado y la fatiga no me pegó tanto, fui al cerro en cicla por lo que ya venía de realizar una intensa actividad física, es decir, ya estaba algo cansado. La verdad es que sin darme cuenta me mis pasos eran largos y rápidos acortando aún más la distancia y el recorrido.
Despite having had many weeks without doing cardio or any aerobic activity I did not feel so tired and the fatigue did not hit me so much, I went to the hill on a bike so I had already done an intense physical activity, that is, I was already a little tired. The truth is that without realising it, my steps were long and fast, shortening the distance and the route even more.

El clima estaba bastante agradable, el sol como siempre implacable y el hermoso cielo azul ahí arriba de nosotros, fue una ruta bastante agradable la cual me llevó unos 48 minutos llegar hasta la meta "el Container".
The weather was quite nice, the sun as always relentless and the beautiful blue sky above us, it was a quite pleasant route which took me about 48 minutes to reach the finish line "the Container".
