    Esta rutina es para todo tipo de personas, pero sobretodo para los principiantes o nivel intermedio. Si eres una personas que quiere sacar front lever o ganar más fuerza de jale esta rutina es para ti, solo asegúrate de modificar las series, repeticiones y peso acorde a tus objetivos o nivel💪🏼
    This routine is for all kinds of people, but especially for beginners or intermediate level. If you are a person who wants to get front lever or gain more pull strength, this routine is for you, just make sure to modify the series, repetitions and weight according to your goals or level💪🏼

    Es importante tener en cuenta la ejecución de los ejercicios, en este caso estamos trabajando una intensidad media-alta que la logramos con pausas (isométricos) y ejecuciones lentas, esto mantiene al músculo activo por un mayor tiempo y le damos menos descanso, cosa que hará que rompamos más las fibras musculares y lograremos una mayor hipertrofia/fuerza/resistencia🔥
    It is important to take into account the execution of the exercises, in this case we are working at a medium-high intensity that we achieve with pauses (isometrics) and slow executions, this keeps the muscle active for a longer time and we give it less rest, which it will make us break the muscle fibers more and we will achieve greater hypertrophy/strength/endurance🔥

    Te recomiendo realizar todos los ejercicios con la ejecución correcta que vez en el video, pero si solo quieres ganar fuerza y no estás interesado en la masa muscular te aconsejo ejecutar los ejercicios de forma explosiva y rápida, con más serie, repeticiones y menor tiempo de descanso. Para los que quieran ganar masa muscular les recomiendo un descanso mínimo de 3min entre cada series y de 4-5min al cambiar ejercicio y si quieres ganar fuerza de recomiendo un descanso de 1-2min entre cada serie y de 3min para cambiar de ejercicio👊🏼
    I recommend you to perform all the exercises with the correct execution that you see in the video, but if you only want to gain strength and you are not interested in muscle mass, I advise you to perform the exercises explosively and quickly, with more series, repetitions and less time. rest.
