• Los trucos que realizo son giros y balanceo de practica para adaptarme al movimiento, intento hacerlos con calma para no caerme o lesionarme, previamente a hacer la practica debemos ya tener un calentamiento articular por la misma razón de tratar de no lesionarnos al realizar estos movimientos. los trucos que practique son los siguientes:

La razón del porque no había tenido mucha actividad eh interacción con la comunidad fue por falta de instrumentos que me permita estar activo, con anterioridad no tenia un teléfono apto para grabar y hacer mi contenido y ahora después de periodo corto de tiempo pude adquirir uno para así sacarle provecho y seguir compartiendo contenido de calidad y original, sin más que decir.
