Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC, en esta oportunidad compartiré con ustedes un día de entrenamiento de estiló libre en el Street Workout con un buen clima para entrenar.
Greetings dear friends of the community SWC, this time I'll share with you a day of freestyle training at the Street Workout in great training weather.

Decidí hacer algunas tomas y grabar mi día de entrenamiento, con este bonito clima.
I decided to take some shots and record my training day, in this beautiful weather.
En lo personal me gusta este clima ya que no hay sol y eso hace que a la hora de entrenar tengamos más resistencia y mejor rendimiento en los ejercicios.
Personally I like this weather because there is no sun and that makes when training we have more resistance and better performance in the exercises.
Estoy entrenando junto a Exis Fernández, @alexdro-sw y es un gusto para mí mostrarles la progresión que está haciendo después de tener poco tiempo de entrenamiento a mi lado, me me enorgullece nadamás de pensar que hace unas semanas no tenía casi fuerza para hacer una plancha straddle pero ahora está mejorando mucho y ya casi la logra hacer.
I'm training with Exis Fernandez, @alexdro-sw and it's a pleasure for me to show you the progression he is making after having little time training with me, I'm proud just to think that a few weeks ago he had almost no strength to do a straddle plank but now he is improving a lot and is almost able to do it.
