Hive open mic, in its 156th week brings us a real challenge, and that is to go to the extreme, I was really thinking a lot about the theme of the week, and I walked through several themes that could and should take us to the extreme, however I remembered this theme of the master Simon Diaz named Mercedes, and I knew it was the perfect opportunity to share on this world stage, this piece of Venezuelan folklore, and I thought no more.

I remember that I recorded this track in my beginnings on this wonderful #hive platform and I wanted to take advantage of it to make this new version with all the tools I didn't have at the beginning of my pilgrimage through this wonderful hive.

This theme of the master Simon is about how this bad friend watched his partner's wife while she was bathing in the river and seeing the proximity of a crocodile, he did not intervene, to continue enjoying the beautiful view that the beautiful woman was giving him.

I hope you enjoy it, for me it is always an honor to take the music of my country beyond the borders, and what better scenario for it than the Hive open mic, in its 156th week.

Hive open mic, en su semana 156 nos trae un verdadero reto, y es el de llegar al extremo, de verdad que estuve reflexionando mucho en cuanto al tema de la semana, y me pasee por varios temas que podían y debían llevarnos al extremo, sin embargo recordé este tema del maestro Simón Diaz de nombre Mercedes, y supe que era la oportunidad perfecta de compartir en este escenario mundial, esta pieza del folclore venezolano, y no lo pensé más.

Recuerdo que este tema lo grabé en mis comienzos en esta maravillosa plataforma de #hive y quise también aprovechar para hacer esta nueva versión ya con todas las herramientas que no tenía al principio de mi peregrinar por esta maravillosa colmena.

Este tema del maestro simón trata de como este mal amigo observaba a la mujer del compañero mientras se bañaba en el rio y viendo la cercanía de un cocodrilo, no intervino, para seguir disfrutando de la hermosa vista que le daba aquella hermosa mujer.

Espero lo disfruten, para mi siempre es un honor llevar la música de mi país hasta mas allá de las fronteras, y que mejor escenario para ello que el Hive open mic, en su semana 156.
